Tip Top Lofts – Full Service Design
Home to a young bachelor, we wanted to create a masculine space that wasn’t alienating to females. In order to balance the industrial coldness and make the space feel more welcoming, we chose a mixture of vintage pieces and different textures in fabrics. Since the client is a beginning art collector, we commissioned local artists’ work and also celebrated some personal interests through his decor.
