Hourly Rate for Remodeling Consulting

$30/hour

Remodel Consulting includes:

• Rough blueprint of new design.
• Help with all fixtures, appliances and hardware decisions.
• Coordination of your color palette.
• Communication with contractors and sub-contractors.

Online Options

 

Basic: $125/room

• Online PDF emailed to you.
• 1 Room Mood Board with resource information (online links) for furnishings, accessories, lighting, etc.
• Explanation of furniture, etc. and how to use them in your space.
• Tips for color palette and ideas for repurposing items. Also, guides for "shopping in your own home".
• One (1) email follow-up to answer any questions.

 

Advanced: $250/room

• All of the above items.
• Floor plan/layout (based off the measurements you provide).
• Hard copy and extra swatches/samples mailed to your home.
• Two (2) email follow-ups to answer any questions.

Hourly Rate for Extras

Extras include:

 

• Shopping stand-in - You can't make it to all the different stores I find goodies at? Don't stress, because I will do it for you! After a final ok from you, I will pick everything up and bring it to your house for instant gratification and much less hassle on your part.


• Original Art Finder - Nothing beats original art in adding personality and character to your space. I will search high and low at local galleries, shops, and the internet for original art at all price ranges for you to add to your collection.
